The Armtec Mobile Manipulator is specifically designed for portability. It is not limited by the availability of factory compressed air. The Armtec Mobile can also generate its own venturi vacuum using an air compressor powered by a battery bank or generator also mounted on the system

This allows off-site and outdoor use. It is commonly used by shopfitters for lifting large glass panels, drums, buckets, or large rolls off a truck or for lifting and positioning in packing stations or manufacturing stations.

Armtec applies the same precision gripper design, ease of use features, and safety features of the pneumatic industrial manipulator tooling end effector, to battery-operated pallet lifters, walkie stackers, forklifts, and all-terrain vehicles.

Armtec uses the Up/Down movement of the vehicle forks to replace the Up/Down lifting arm and uses the mobility of the vehicle to replace forward / backward and the lateral movement of the manipulator's arm, but retains the ease of use and pneumatic safety features of our manipulator end effector tooling to pneumatic grip or suction the load and to pneumatically or manually incline it or rotate it.

Tooling, to end effector with ease of use design within the CE Certification requirements of the Lifter and into the Walkie Stacker and design our tooling to work action that certification.
